Colour Therapy

		Red "Very warm" energy: APHRODISIAC - ENERGISING It is masculine, active. Represents fire, joy, celebration, sexual excitement. It is the colour of blood and life.

		Orange "Warm" energy: ENERGISING - ANTI-DEPRESSIVE It is the colour of growth, symbolises the rising sun. Represents joy and vitality.

		Yellow "Warm" energy: STIMULATING - MEDITATIVE It is the colour that most recalls the sun. Encourages concentration, the search for the new, for change. It is the colour of the left sphere of the brain (reason).

		Green "Neutral" energy: STRESS-RELIEVING - RE-BALANCING It is the colour of nature, of vegetation, of life.

		Blue "Cool" energy: RELAXING - HARMONISING It is female. Represents the intellect, truth, faithfulness. Blue is the colour of great depth, of the sky and of space.

		Viola "Cool" energy: MEDITATIVE - RELAXING Represents intelligence, knowledge, spirituality, sobriety. It is the colour of the right sphere of the brain (intuition).

		Rose "Neutral" energy: STRESS-RELIEVING - RELAXING Represents kindness, love, sensitivity.

		Brown "Neutral" energy: STABILISING - FORTIFYING It is the colour of mother Earth, of wood, for which it is associated with solidity and durability

		White "Neutral" energy: RIVITALISING - STRESS-RELIEVING Represents light (white light contains all of the colours of the rainbow), simplicity, sunlight, air, illumination, purity.

		Black "Neutral" energy: MEDITATIVE - APHRODISIAC Represents darkness: it is a non-colour, i.e. the lack of colour. It nevertheless attracts precisely because it is surrounded by an aura of mystery.
